I feel that we should post photographs and video of people with bad behaviours on the internet , but we also do need consider the privacy of the people with bad behaviours . When we post pictures of people with bad behaviours , we can also get the chance to educate the public and let the public know that this behaviour should not be tolerate and also this will cause a bad image of our nation. When people are aware of that , they will tends to think before acting out a rather bad image of themselves.

On the other hand , we should not post videos and pictures of people with bad behaviour as we are not respecting the person . We may cause the person to feel very bad , and may lead to a depression . We should be respecting other people's privacy and not to discriminate them in the public. Those people should repent.
